Andrew has over ten years’ experience designing and delivering projects across multiple sectors nationally and internationally, involved in all stages of design from concept through to completion.
After five years’ as Head of Design for a successful interior design practice, Andrew collaborated with Simon to establish Creative License, overseeing the design department and exploring the unique potential of every brief to find the best solution for each project.

Following a successful career in production design for both Television and Film, in 2006 Simon put down roots becoming a director for an established practice within the commercial design and build industry. Simon has managed teams, on multiple projects across all sectors both in the UK and internationally, gaining an enviable reputation for quality and experience.
We design incredible workplaces, residences, retail spaces and leisure environments, ensuring each project is finished to the highest level of quality and detail.
We develop our conceptual ideas through the design process to the final working drawings, before attending site to oversee the construction through to practical completion, ensuring continuity of the design at every stage.
